CAN is a Virginia forum for angels and entrepreneurs to connect and make deals. CAN strives to educate investors and entrepreneurs for a dynamic experience that creates a vibrant risk capital network through monthly pitch dinner meetings, screening meetings, and educational events for entrepreneurs and investors.

CAV Angels

CAV seeks to elevate the entrepreneurial ecosystem for UVA alumni by educating, connecting, funding, and mentoring the extended UVA startup community. CAV welcomes University of Virginia affiliated individuals and friends of UVA for pitch and educational events.

Diversify-Connect-Fund

Thanks to a grant from the U.S. Economic Development Administration, Venture Central collaborated with more than 20 regional partners in supporting events that convened investors, potential investors, and diverse community members to expand opportunities for investment capital for our region’s entrepreneurs.
